- A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
- The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
- Loyalty to clients;
- Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
- Cooperation with competitors;
- Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
- To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
- A graduate of Villanova University with a degree in economics from the school of commerce and finance. Sean has lived and worked on Long Beach Island since 1989 and vacationed here for over 35 years. Knowledgeable about all local matters affecting real estate Sean's personable and informed demeanor puts clients at ease. He specializes in luxury homes, development and investment properties. Sean has achieved many Re/Max awards including 100% Club, President's Club, Platinum Club and most impressively is a member of their Hall of Fame. Sean has consistently ranked in the top 50 in the state out of 3,000+ RE/MAX associates.
